Tram station, in front of the house, in 5 min., by the longest "street of the town" takes you to the old British Square with its famous opened antique fair/market and to the very centre of the city - Ban Jelačić Square and to the old part of the ancient core of Zagreb, dominated by the Cathedral of Mother Marry of Resurrection, constructed in 1094 and San Marco's Church famous for its pitoresc roof with Croatian emblem.
In the nearest neighborhood there are a couple of beautifull restorants, bars, shops and a post office and a bank are right next to the house.
The appartment is airconditioned, central heated, has got cabel TV, ADSL internet, an intercom and a big terace from which there is a charming sight to Sljeme, the centre of famous Zagreb skiing world competition - The snow queen - (Janica Kostelić).
