✫MODERN: The entire unit was recently remodeled including brand-new bathroom and kitchen. We keep our place very clean, simple and light. You will be in modern comfort and enjoy maximal cleanliness and functionality.

✺SPACIOUS: The layout of our place allows plenty of room to do yoga, workout, or just stretch your legs in comfort, with options for seating between the dining table, breakfast bar, couch, armchair, and chaise lounge. There are also tables and chairs in the shared lower patio that you are welcome.

✫CENTRAL: Located in the heart of Silverlake, you will be just 4 miles from Hollywood, 5 miles from Downtown, Chinatown and Little Tokyo. 3 miles from Dodger Stadium and the famous Griffith Observatory.

➾KITCHEN: Our fully-stocked kitchen offers stainless steel appliances with stone countertop, gas range, oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Kitchen also includes pots & pans, cooking oil, salt & pepper, dish sponge and soap.

➾BATHROOM: Modern, minimalistic bathroom sports marble floors, glass entry to shower, full size bath tub, hair dryer, and premium soaps, shampoos and other body products provided for your use. Plus shelving for your toiletries.

➾SLEEPING: Our comfortable queen-size bed is comfortable and set into a hardwood frame set with bedside tables and matching wardrobe and chest of drawers. Find extra linens, blankets and cushions available for your comfort. The mid-century lounge couch also becomes a sleeping space similar to a twin mattress, with cushions, sheets and additional blankets provided for those overnight guests.

➾DINING: Glass top dining table and mid-century chairs offer a comfortable place to eat, read, write and work on the computer. These activities can also be done at the coffee table in the central living area.

➾LOCATION: Our central location offers close and easy access to all major highway connections. 5 miles from Downtown, Chinatown and Little Tokyo. 4 miles from Hollywood and Dodger Stadium. 3 miles from the famous Griffith Observatory, a favorite among locals and visitors.

Situated in the heart of Silverlake, you will be just 3 minutes from Sunset Junction- home to LA's best cafes, clubs, vintage stores, curio & specialty shops, a weekly farmer’s market, the legendary Vista theatre, and so much more.

The famous Silverlake Reservoir, also just a mile away, features a 2-mile off-street walking path and 2 beautiful grassy parks. Perfect for picnics or lounging with a book.

-NO Parties or gatherings please
-1 or 2 Guests only (please book for two if another person will be staying with you)
-NO smoking or vaping of any kind inside
-NO shoes inside. Guests agree to remove shoes in the entryway before going upstairs.
-An additional fee will be assessed if excessive cleaning is required upon your departure

-Check-in is anytime after 3PM (late check-in is no problem!)
-Check-out is by 11AM (late check-out MAY be accommodated upon prior request, but not guaranteed until the day before your check-out)



➢FAQ'S—PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING:

-PARKING: Your reserved parking space is located off-street behind our private gate. Feel secure leaving your car parked here in the center of it all!

-PRIVACY: The loft is completely private and shares no living spaces, windows or doors. You have a private stairway entrance which does pass through a shared patio. The lower patio is also shared with The Silverlake House patrons.

-MAIL: Yes, you can receive mail and packages here. Please inquire for more details.

-LAUNDRY: There is a coin-operated washing machine next door that is available for use, and a dry cleaner two doors down that also washes laundry by the pound.
