A lovely, recently converted studio with a private bathroom in a welcoming 60's family home in Forest Hill. Fantastic transport links to central and east London, a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. There are local museums, galleries, boutiques, cafes, pubs and a cinema, and surrounded by green spaces. Close to pretty Dulwich and Peckham with its fantastic bars and restaurants.
A fresh and bright studio room in one if the most desirable parts of Forest Hill, with incredible views of London from the Horniman museum gardens (free) across the road. Beautifully presented, including parquet flooring and good quality bed linen; also a luxury wet-room with under-floor heating. Basic kitchen facilities are available within the room (kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge), we provide some breakfast things too (tea, coffee, juice, fruit, bagels and muesli). There's also a kitchen sink and a small oven and hob that can be used in the shared utility room. There are towels for guests, soap and shampoo, a hairdryer, adapter plug and two Oyster travel cards available to borrow while staying.
Disponible para huéspedes
Guests have sole use of most of the ground floor, just sharing the front door and utility room with us, where they can use the washing machine and dryer. The rest of the house is private but guests are free to knock if they need anything or have any questions about their trip.

Guests have all the privacy they would like as they have the ground floor mostly to themselves. However I am currently on maternity leave so I am rarely far away and so can answer any questions or help in any way. I can usually be there to welcome guests when they arrive.
No smoking or pets inside the property, no guests without pre-approval from the host and not too noisy after 11pm please.
We're a friendly family of 5 that have lived in this part of London for the last few years and love the area. I work part-time in the film industry as a visual effects artist but my lovely sister looks after my children when I'm at work so there is usually someone close to home to easily help with any questions that guests may have. My husband (a teacher) and myself have both travelled extensively ourselves and look forward to welcoming people from all over the world.
