Lots of space and a great location. The beds could be a little more comfortable. We felt like we were sinking into the middle.

The home was beautiful, but not too amenities. I would have liked a hot tub, and a barbeque. There isn't much to do here (at kirkwood), and we were going to watch movies one night, and the netflix didn't work. I would'd stay here again for the cost per night, not too many ameniti…

Hi Cheryl, Our apologies about the Netflix and lack of amenities. We do however, have a 24-hour contact number that is in the same email as the one you mentioned with the instructions to get in. We are available 24/7 and have staff members in Kirkwood to help you around the clock during your stay. You are right, the addition of a hut tub would be nice. The owners of this home have chosen not to have one due to the high cost of maintaining it. It is hard to get regular hot tub maintenance to come all the way to Kirkwood as the closest towns are 45 minutes away. Even for the condos, Kirkwood owners voted not to allow renters to use hot tub in the KCA rec center. Again our apologies.
