Sophie and Ian met me off my train to hand over the flat's keys, then were keen to help out should I need it. Flat is really close to Excel and a tube stop, making it ideal for my needs.

Very modern, clean and safe one bedroom flat. Perfect for a business trip or working at ExCel. There IS free parking within 5 minutes walk.

Wonderful, modern flat with easy access to Central London. Sophie was very easy to deal with and extremely responsive. She thoughtfully left us some bread, biscuits, butter, milk and tea. Thanks to the concierge in the building check out was very flexible.

Immaculate apartment v close to DLR and an easy pleasant walk to the EXCEL. Lovely host too. Highly recommended!

I primarily stayed at this flat due to its close proximity to ExCel Exhibition Center. My host received me warmly and even left me a loaf of bread and butter! The flat was very nice, clean and comfortable, heating was very effective, it felt almost new and the pictures here look exactly like the flat itself. There is a grocery store and cafe conveniently located within the housing complex. The tube station is just a minute away. Could not have asked for a better deal, I am so glad I found this flat.

I was met promptly by Sophie and her partner on the first day, the stay was booked as I had an interim period between selling my home and moving into the new place. The flat is part of a new high quality block on a fairly new development, with great transport links. The property itself is immaculate, well decorated and not too small. It's also right next to the Thames Barrier park which is a bonus. On site there is a well equipped gym, which i've found very useful, although apart from a small convenience store and dry cleaner there are no other facilities on site or even within quick walking distance. The DLR stop is around 60 seconds walk so couldn't be handier, so if you need essentials just pick them up in town or at the small shop on site (it's not cheap though). Within the flat were all the essentials you could need, including TV and wifi. A balcony overlooks the Thames through the communal courtyard. The flat is very close to London City airport, although due to restrictions flights are rare to hear during weekends (due to regulations, plus flights take off/land in the opposite directions at times to make the frequency even lower). So no noise issues unless you had windows open when a small bunch of flights take off from 6.30am on weekdays. Parking is a known struggle in the area so I'd advise against trying to bring a car for your stay. Overall the stay has proved to be very enjoyable.
