This was definitely a bare necessities stay, but we were provided with several clean beds, a small heater, an ac unit, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a hot water heater (but I didn't notice any coffee/tea), and some soap for the shower. There is a grocery store about a block away. We didn't do much near where we stayed, so I can't really speak much for activities and restaurants nearby, but we were within walking distance of the bus and the metro line, which got us pretty easily everywhere we needed to go.
We managed to visit during the only rainy weekend of the year, so our room was a bit chilly and the blankets were rather sparse. If you tend to run cold you could probably ask to have more left for you. Also, the freezer was turned off, and we didn't notice, so if you plan to use it you should learn from our mistake and turn it on before using it!
Overall, we didn't have any real problems, and Natally was very available via message.
