If you've always wanted to take your family to that quintessential "cabin in the woods" for your next vacation, this is it. Rustic, cozy and secluded, yet just a few minutes from Breckenridge, Colorado, this home is the perfect choice for your Colorado vacation.
Walk into the cabin and you'll immediately feel at home. Wood burning stove greets new guests to a warm welcome (firewood is provided) and invites guests to curl up on the couches and enjoy the wooded views and seclusion of being in our cozy mountain home.
Our home has all the amenities you'll need for your stay, including full kitchen, linens, cable TV (TVs in main living area, master bedroom and also queen guest room), wireless internet, outdoor grill and a 6 person private hot-tub.
Home is classic log cabin style. Entry level has combination open kitchen, living area and dining room. There are also two bedrooms on the lower level. The first has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a captain (double bed on bottom and single on top) bunk. Lower level also has a full bath.
Upstairs is an open Master bedroom with king size bed, sitting/office area and a full in-suite bath. There is also a full size sofa sleeper in the master bedroom area.
Home will sleep up to 9.
The furnishings and maintenance of this home will impress you when you walk in. The owners have decorated in classic rustic mountain and the feel of the home is like you've stepped into another world and escaped all the hustle and bustle. You won't want to leave.
The home is approximately 1500 square feet and can easily accommodate two families.

Our home is easily accessed 12 months of the year. We are located just a short drive from Breckenridge, off hwy 9 south of town. We are NOT on a shuttle route, so a car is recommended.

Since you are renting the entire cabin, we may not meet you in person during your trip. Our local host, Patty, lives in Silverthorne, which is approximately 30 minutes away. We do check-in, check-out and communicate via text message during your stay, so no worries as we will definitely be available to answer any questions you may have.

GOVERMENT ID REQUIRED: A copy of the Guest's government ID is required for all bookings. Guests acknowledge permission to access government ID via AirBnB and will send copy of government ID to host upon request.

Firewood is provided. Towels and linens are also provided. We have "starter paper supplies", including toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex. Large groups or stays for more than a couple days should plan on brining additional paper supplies for their trip.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Minimum age requirement for renters and occupants is 27 years of age, unless accompanied by parents or legal guardian.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: This home will accommodate up to 6 adults. If you have more than 6 adults in your party, please contact us prior to booking to discuss. Max Occupancy with adults and children is 9.
RENTER DAMAGES: Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay.
CLEANING SERVICE: Home does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay. We also have a washer and dryer in the home. If daily or mid-week cleaning services are desired, these can be accommodated at an additional cost.
One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
NON-SMOKING UNIT: This is a non smoking unit and property. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the home, garage, decks and grounds. Any smoking in the unit or on the property will be subject to an immediate $1000 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors.
Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.
NO PETS ALLOWED. Minimum $500 fine for pets on property and may exceed this amount if damages incurred.
PROPERTY DAMAGES: Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Renters may also be charged if the cabin is left excessively dirty, or if the check-out procedures are not followed. Damages caused per the renter will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
HOT TUB ON PROPERTY: Hot tub is serviced regularly after each rental. A $150 charge will be assessed if excessive dirt, beverages or other substances require extensive cleaning, as reported per our hot tub servicing company or cleaning contacts. Please be careful when opening the covers as tears to the hot-tub, including the straps that clip down, will be charged to the renter. Estimated costs for replacement of the hot tub cover may be up to $500.
WOOD BURNING STOVE: An additional cleaning fee may be charged if excessive ashes are left on the floor around the wood stove or scattered throughout the home. If you have any questions about how to use, please contact us. You have our contact information on your reservation confirmation.
A one time cleaning fee will be assessed for each rental.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Property owners, cleaning company and rental management company will not be responsible for accidents, damages or injury to renters using the property.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. This includes mis-stating number of adults and children to be occupying the property. Max number of adults and children on any given night should be property stated on the reservation.
