Located just a short driving distance away from the beach, this beautiful vacation villa in Rotonda is an excellent get away for you. With no neighbors on either side it offers delightful privacy. Maximum occupancy is 6 people, including children.

Contract of Hire
The hiring contract shall be between the clients and the owners of the property. They shall be deemed to be made subject to these Conditions of hire. The contract of hire is not effective until the client receives a written confirmation of booking.
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the required payment.
A refundable damage deposit may be required to be paid with the balance of the rental. This is to be held as security against return of keys, inventory damage, excess cleaning costs, long distance telephone calls where applicable etc. as well as excessive use of the utilities (water and electric). The damage deposit will be returned to the client subject to a satisfactory inspection by the cleaning company.
If a balance of hire is due, it will be due 10 weeks before the holiday commencement date. Your accommodation provider - Happy Hibiscus - reserves the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received 10 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date. Bookings made within 10 weeks of departure require FULL pre-payment.
Confirmation of Booking
Once a confirmation has been issued the hirer is responsible for the total price of the property rental as shown in the confirmation. Signing of the booking form constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions by the client.
Provided Happy Hibiscus receives written notice of cancellation not less than 10 weeks before the holiday commencement date, the hirers will not be required to pay the full balance. The deposit amount is non-refundable. All cancellations must be notified in writing at the earliest opportunity. In the event you have to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:
More than 10 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of deposit, unless we can rebook the slot.
Less than 10 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of rental, unless we can rebook the slot.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY
No refunds will be given, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
Party Size and Policy on Pets
Under no circumstances may more than the agreed number of persons booked and listed on the Booking Confirmation Form occupy the property over night except by prior written agreement. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed.
The owner/provider accepts no responsibility, directly or indirectly for consequences resulting from the use of these devices.
Arrivals and Departures
Check-in time is after 4 pm on the day of arrival unless alternate arrangements are made with Happy Hibiscus
Check-out time is before 10 am on the day of departure unless alternate arrangements are made with Happy Hibiscus
Electric pool heat is an optional extra of $15 a day and is available in most homes. The heat is drawn from the air temperature and therefore in very cold spells will automatically switch off until the air temperature picks up again when it automatically switches back on.
If you have registered for the "Golf Scoop" the membership cards will be located on the fridge. Please take the cards to the golf course as well as a photo ID. Please return both cards to the house prior to your departure. Unfortunately, due to repeat problems, we will be forced to bill a fee of $75.00 per card should the cards not be returned.
Bicycles and BBQs
Some Owners provide both of these items for the use of guests. Use is voluntary and the owner does not accept any responsibility for use or accidents incurred by clients while using these items. BBQ usage is free and includes one replacement full tank of gas. Refills after that are charged locally at $30.00 per refill
We cannot accept liability for acts or omissions of our principles over whom we have no control (such as airlines and car hire companies). The property owners have stated in this agreement to us that they cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by guests or any other visitors to the home or swimming pool or for any loss for damage, howsoever caused, to any property brought onto the premises. However we are not always able to control all the components of the facility beyond our control and for which we cannot accept liability.
The client is responsible for the property and is expected to take responsible care of it. All equipment, utensils etc must be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental period. A charge may be incurred should excessive cleaning be required after your departure.
All damages and breakages are the responsibility of the client and their costs shall be refundable on demand, unless deemed an accident by Happy Hibiscus.
If, after booking, you decide to alter any details we will do our utmost to make the requested change.
Changes and Cancellations by Owners
Whenever possible all changes will be advised to you without delay. Should circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel a booking we will, where possible, make alternative arrangements. Should these prove unacceptable, and once instructions have been received in writing from you, we will refund all monies paid to Happy hibiscus, excluding any monies expended on your behalf.
