We are here to help make you stay more rewarding! We know Miami Beach well, so don't hesitate to ask for advice.
This is a single family home, and we live here, so there can be no one allowed in our home other than you, the confirmed guest, under any circumstances! This is for obvious safety and security reasons. We don't allow smoking on the premises either. We have pets on the premises, so you may not have any contact with our pets unless supervised by one of the owners. If you are not comfortable with cats or dogs, this may not be a good fit for you. We do not allow guests to bring pets, since we already have our own, so it is for their and our safety.

My son and I are artists so we love fixing up properties! I'm originally from Calif., where we have the Rancho Los Abuelos property, but have been living in Miami Beach for 25 years, where I own my home. I was working in Europe when I bought the cottage in France over 40 years ago. I enjoyed sharing my Pontlevoy experience with friends and now with guests. I have always been thrilled to be in my Little House in Pontlevoy, which for me is like stepping into a time capsule. My furnishings are antiques so one never knows what year it is!!! My son and I also recently inherited my mother's home in San Diego, so we would now like to share it with folks to enjoy San Diego Country living for events, weddings, yoga retreats and family reunions. And, now we are also sharing a couple of guest rooms in our Miami Beach home with folks as well. We do love to save animals through rescue here in Miami, so we do need guests to be pet friendly and unfortunately can't host people with problematic pet allergies. Thanks for your understanding.
