We don’t have locks on our doors because this is Airbnb not a hotel!
You happened to visit London at a period of an ‘historical heatwave’ with temperatures going up to nearly 40 degrees Fahrenheit. In the UK we are not prepared for this kind of heat, I went out of my way to find you a fan when it was sold out everywhere (including Amazon.) No one stopped you opening your door at night, I was merely advising you to keep your door close in the daytime.
The week you stayed people were out late all over the city due to the heat. Everyone suffered from the heatwave. You were not an exception!
As for the incense, why did you not say something? Surely if you have allergies, it’s protocol to ask people to refrain from using certain things that would aggravate symptoms? You never said anything!
In hindsight, I think you would be better suited to a hotel or a self contained accommodation.
I went out of my way answering your husband multiple questions, which I was more than happy to answer.
You need to be reminded that Airbnb is very much different to staying in a hotel.
I find very odd that I asked you everyday if everything was ok or if you needed anything, only to be told that everything is ok with a big smile.
