LA is a big city & you deserve an amazing space in the middle of it all! This mid-city gem is completely private & features 800 sq. feet of living that feels like home. Just minutes away from downtown, West Hollywood, Hollywood, the Grove & beaches!
Picture yourself smack dab in the middle of everything! A hop, skip and a jump to all the best sights, sounds, restaurants and nightlife that Los Angeles has to offer and just minutes to most major freeways.
The apartment has a gated front yard with front door for quick & easy access. It's located in a safe, well lit neighborhood.
*NEW: Central heat and air conditioning now in unit.
Inside kick back and enjoy 800 square feet of private, living space with amenities like: room darkening curtains for sleep at any hour, a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and more. There are (2) separate televisions and (2) separate beds and (3) separate seating areas.
The (2) Queens: One bed is a beautiful, wooden-framed, queen bed seen pictured. The other queen bed was added in December 2015 when a guest requested it because she wanted to share the space with friends and still have privacy. We were happy to accommodate her. Also, many guests have shared that they appreciated the mattresses being nice, thick and very comfortable. Comfort and good sleep was our primary concern when purchasing them for our guests. The (2) main, beds are separated by French doors with curtains for privacy if needed. There is a front and rear door to enter and exit the unit. The rear door exits to a back patio where guests can get some fresh air or smoke if they so chose. (No smoking inside unit.)
The layout of the space is basically (2) rooms and a (1) bathroom. The first room is medium to large and the second room is basically twice it's size with the food area and sleeper sofa and coffee table. Again, each room does have a queen bed in it. It is important to note, while there is a small food area in the unit, there is NOT a kitchen. Also, the bathroom has a standing shower for bathing. There is not a bathtub.
Disponible para huéspedes
You will have access to the front yard and street parking. The unit is completely private and set up to resemble a hotel suite. Street parking is not an issue as it is in many areas of LA and it's free unlike the exorbitant fees the hotels will charge.
Atención a los huéspedes

I'm a hard working guy who came to California to live the dream and enjoy all the beauty that southern California has to offer. I work as a photographer and editor in Hollywood and west L.A. closer to Santa Monica.
I'm a respectable guest who just wants to sleep and shower in nice surroundings and I try to offer more than what I request to my guests.
If I had a motto it would it be that, in life, you must do what scares you the most and abolish all fear. If you're living with fear, you're not living. And if you're not growing and learning, you're not living. Okay, these really aren't mottos, just ramblings and I have a slew of them ;o)
