Guada is a Taino word for garden. This is a twin space meaning these are two identical places so if persons want to book for a group of up to 12 persons you can book both units. Here's the other one: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/8796770
We have a very friendly and relaxed setup here.
We can package in a pickup from the Montego Bay Airport for an additional $30, just message me about it(it's a good price). A cook can also be packaged in at $30 per day plus the cost of groceries. Other "add-ons" such as a massage therapist are also available upon request.
The "Hip Strip" is just a 10 minute walk away where you'll find the beach, dining and activities. Many guests choose to use Omar(the driver) to get around, but there is no obligation to do this. Driving to the beach and Hip Strip is recommended because cars tend to drive quite fast on the road and it's safer to go in a vehicle instead of trying to walk on the road down that hill.
The villa has air conditioner units, please turn them off along with any lights if you are leaving the place for any extended amount of time. The TV's provided have Netflix on them.
Smoking is allowed in the terrace areas or anywhere outside.
Be conscious of other guests on the property by not being too loud between 12am and 7am.
Feel free to tip the driver, cook, or massage therapist.
Only the allotted number of guests are allowed to spend the night at the villa. Up to three visitors are allowed in the day. For parties please let us know beforehand so that we can accommodate this.

I have a multicultural background and enjoy food from different parts of the world. I have been lucky enough to travel a bit and have experienced the warm hospitality and help from random strangers along my way. I rent my apartment to make a little extra money and to help out other travelers on their journeys. I enjoy doing photography so feel free to ask me about great locations and exploring parts of the island. I can arrange car rentals as well so let me know your needs while you're in Jamaica.
My favorite things are good food and good music. There are a few places in Kingston that place good dub music and have a nice vibe.
