Casa Gyla is one of the first houses in the palm grove dating back to the 60 s. It is set on a stunning 5 + acres land covered in dense vegetation. The villa is full of old time Marrakech charm like no other! The peace and quite here is exceptional, hard to believe being so close to noisy polluted city center. Most laid back friendly atmosphere, no rules just respecting everyone' s peace and quite. It is truly a place to have a wonderful time. Check out the comments, they speak for themselves
The space at Casa Gyla is huuuuge! The house in itself is about 850 Sq mtrs which comes out to about 3000 + Sq Ft and the grounds are 5 + acres. 5 out of the 6 rooms in the main villa are set out around the central patio with its huge glass dome, central marble fountain where birds come to drink and sing for our pleasure, and densely flowered areas. From any of the rooms u ll enjoy great views to the patio and lovely jasmin and rose smells reaching u. The rooms are all quite spacious with a sitting area, dressing area and a desk. Some have a private terrace looking directly onto the garden and surrounded by a rose orchard. Our Junior Suites are quite large with separate living area.
Disponible para huéspedes
At Casa Gyla guests have access to all the property except the kitchen for safety reasons. All other areas are open for all to enjoy!
Atención a los huéspedes
I live on the property, though not in the main villa, and am available 24 / 7 for my guests! Always happy to help with anything at all my guests might need, from getting u the right taxis that will not rip u off ( Marrakech taxis are notorious rip offs ), to recommending places to visit, to eat to shop, to organising activities and tours for u. Just ask me and I ll be more than happy to help!
I am single 43 yr old Moroccan who adores animals! I left Morocco at age 12 to study abroad, and then went on to travel the globe quite extensively for the past 28 yrs ( mainly Europe, Northe & Central America, Asia & Europe ). I came back to my home country about 2 yrs ago with the plan of opening a guesthouse in my family vacation home which I inherited at my father' s passing away in 1995. I am a pretty easy going guy, very open minded and curious to discover. I love to welcome family, friends and travellers and take to heart the Moroccan phrase which says that " he who comes under your roof comes under your protection "! My hobbies apart from travelling are gardening, reading and cooking. My cats and dogs are my family ( they all come from the pound )! Caring for animals is my purpose & a most rewarding passion!
