Well, they ask here to describe myself. This is what I can tell you about me. I'm an architect (retired for the moment) and I restored the Bonaire building in 1980. This restoration was made following the guidelines for restoration from the Institute of Puertorrican Culture (ICP), a governmental entity that regulates all the historic restorations in the island of Puerto Rico, but let me tell you, I am more strict in my works than the ICP. I like to make friends with visitors to the island and Old San Juan. I was also an official Tour Guide, with a license from the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, and in one part of my life I offered walking tours of Old San Juan. I am also a sailor, and I have sailed across the Atlantic two times, apart from all the sailing I have done throughout the Caribbean Islands. I will look forward to catering to your needs when you visit this wonderful building, Bonaire, which many people refer to as a palace. When you come and visit, you will see why. Enjoy your life, travel a lot... and stay at Bonaire.
