We fell in love with this flat because of its location and also because of its originally ruiny state, we could renovate it without any compromise. Our intention was to make a small jewel box out of it and we did everything just as if it was for myself for long term living.
It is good to make money with your property, but it would not make any fun if we did not see that our guests are happy to stay at our place.
