The graceful Villa Amelia is a sumptuous house of 150 sq.m., located near the sea in the beautiful island of Spetses.
Next to a lush pine forest, the house is endowed with an ideal location to spend your holiday in privacy and peacefulness.
The surrounding environment is of exceptional style, as neoclassical forms adapt to the island's unique character and serve as a constant reminder of the marine lifestyle. Picturesque tavernas and hidden coffee corners add a spark of past fairytale with sun kissed beaches and crystal waters as the background.
A carrier of Spetses' architectural inheritance, Villa Amelia is designed in simple, elegant lines, influenced by the neoclassical style. Colored, wooden windows and doorways enhance the feeling of belonging that one immediately gets with the first steps into the property.
Amelia is a small gateway for those who seek to get away from it all and spend their vacation relaxing and living the Spetses experience. Wander in the garden -which is partly shared with one more residence-, enjoy your coffee or share your cook creations with friends and family in a wonderful alfresco dinner on the balcony, with great views to the island.
The Villa develops in three levels, has three double bedrooms (plus one bedroom for staff purpose) and can host up to 7 guests plus 1 staff member.
On the First Floor there is a living room with fireplace, an open plan dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest WC. The living room opens to a spacious balcony with a seating/dining area.
The Middle Level consists of two double bedrooms (one with a double and one with twin beds), opening to a covered patio, and a shared bathroom.
On the Lower Level (basement) there is a bedroom with bathroom en suite, for the accommodation of up to 3 guests (in a bunk and a single bed), a second lounging area with built-in sofas and kitchenette and the maid single bedroom with a bathroom.
Villa's services and amenities include: 2 TVs (one flat-screen in the living room and a second in the lower level's large bedroom), DVD Player, Hi Fi sound system, internet access, air-conditioning (in the bedrooms of the middle level), ceiling fans, dishwasher, washing machine.
Services also included: Port escort/guide to the villa upon arrival, 2-hour daily cleaning service (change of linens/towels twice per week), bathroom amenities.
Extra facilities offered upon request, at additional charge: Transfer from Athens airport to Costa port, Peloponnese (Spetses port accessed from Costa in 10 min. with a sea taxi) and vice versa, beach towels, catering, rental of quads, motorbikes, skippered boats.

Atención a los huéspedes
The owner of the house or one of our partners will wait for you at the port of Spetses (or Spetses hotel, in case you arrive with a sea taxi), welcome you and escort you at the villa where he/she will show you around, answer to any question you may have and provide you with the keys. He/she will be also at your disposal to respond to any support calls (our office will also be at your disposal) throughout your stay. Finally, at the day of your departure he/she will be at the house at a pre-arranged time so as to take your feedback on your stay and say goodbye.
USE AND ENJOYMENT OF UNIT AND PROPERTY
Vacationers will comply with all local laws, ordinances and community rules regarding the use of the premises.
Failure to adhere to these rules will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of the stay and all monies paid will be forfeited.
At no time, shall the occupancy of the vacation rental exceed the persons included in the vacationer’s AirBnB request.
Vacationers shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the rental unit. Any disturbance resulting in police action, neighborhood complaints or any violation of the rules and regulations is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of the stay with all monies paid forfeited.
Normally pets will not be allowed. If the Vacationer wishes to bring one with him/her, he/she should check prior, to have authorization.
The security damage deposit of € 1000 covers any damages to the rental property and its furnishings caused by Vacationers and their guests. Owner may use all or part of the security deposit to repair any damage caused by the Vacationers. Should the damage amount exceed the amount of the deposit, the Vacationer remains liable for the outstanding amount.
Owner attempts to properly maintain the vacation rental. The Vacationer agrees to immediately notify the Owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This includes: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation etc.
Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Vacationers or their guests as a result of their acts. Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to Vacationers’ belongings during their stay at the vacation rental.
