Newly-renovated contemporary sunny home in the heart of Elliotborough in downtown Charleston near all of the main attractions. This 4 BR (5 Beds with one of the bedrooms having 2 queen sized beds), 3 BA house is perfect for a large group of family or friends who want to experience a beautiful Charlestonian getaway.
No Smoking is allowed inside the house or full deposit will be forfeited. We live in a lovely neighborhood with the best neighbors a person could ask for who are all very kind and friendly. If any neighbors are disrespected or noise complaints are called, you and your guests will be immediately removed from the property and your deposit will be forfeited.
1) In my opinion, partying is essential to a fulfilling life. However, partying at the house is expressly forbidden. Drinking beer and wine downstairs with friends is completely fine, but please refrain from any "activities" that would damage the house or its furnishings. Will Ferrell in Old School..I'm talking to you. Haha.
2) Please eat and drink in the kitchen/ dining-room area only.
3) Finally, as much as I love cigars and dogs, there will be neither smoking nor pets allowed inside the house. However, friendly people, flashy luggage, and crazy stories of exotic travels are more than welcome! Safe travels :)

I love traveling, my family, my dog, green tea, coffee, sushi, making music, nutrition, reading, meeting new people, and living life to the fullest. I work for Yelp and put on public events in Charleston. I've lived in Atlanta, GA; Los Angeles, CA; Jupiter, FL; Chattanooga, TN; New Haven, CT; Athens, GA; and now I live in Charleston, SC and NEVER want to leave.
I live by the motto "Leave nothing behind but good will". I'm a big believer in karma and care about quality control in what I do. I hope to not only be a good host, but your friend and guide (if needed) during your stay here in the best city in America :) I want you to also see whats good in the locals eyes and not just what is marketed to the tourists.
