3 acres 1/2 acre fenced for pets, ocean view, brought art & antiques up from NYC. Renovated 150 yr old home for Mom now passed. Wood burning fireplace. Washer, dryer, gas stove, ice maker, great books fabulous art. lots of wild life. Beach 3 minutes by car. Neighborhood beach 10 minute walk.

El alojamiento
The art, books, furnishings and view make you want to stay forever. Also the corner store sells alcohol being 3 minutes away, as well the beach. There is a private beach for the neighborhood where you can walk your dog/s for miles off leash. The garden gets added to every year. In the spring lots of tulips and daffodils, 3 magnolias, peonies, lilacs, iris, lilies, hollyhocks in the late summer. Almost forgot - wisteria.

66 years old and my body is falling apart. I am a professional artist and art dealer. I rescue dogs and find them good homes. I currently have 2 un-adoptable senior Chinese Crested hairless dogs. I would live in the house if I could afford it. The rentals are a necessity for me. I do like to make people happy and hope you enjoy my home.

I am at your service while you are there. A couple of great restaurants in town and there is always something going on. I am usually in church, that is the church I bought and live in with my rescue dogs. It makes for a great art studio. If there is anything special you may need please do not hesitate. The house is stocked with the essentials - coffee, teas, milk, coffee cream, butter, condiments, soy sauce and the like, mustards, oils, vinegars, spices, baking needs. Usually a bowl with fruit, a few onions, potatoes in case you need. Lots of toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex. The downstairs walk in shower has safety bars good for 500 lbs.
