Cozy studio cottage with large south-facing windows. Very tidy. Mosaic tile shower runs filtered water. Small kitchen has dishes, silverware, cookware, half refrigerator, hot plate & toaster oven. OG coffee/cream/snacks provided. Filtered water from all taps. Scent free sheets, double bed, long sofa for extra bed. E-piano, free library, WiFi, Bose radio, garden view. Only minutes from the University, Downtown, and Brew Blocks. One hour from Oregon coast, Cascade mountains, and local wineries.
We only use the cottage for guests, but it has a wonderful, comfortable, home-like feel. It's cozy, clean, and scent free, with great natural light. Three adjustable wall heaters, good insulation, and south-facing windows make it cozy on the coldest days. Windows that open for gentle cross breezes, shade from our tall trees, and high ceilings make the cottage lovely in the Oregon summer without AC. All lower windows have blinds for privacy or darkness. There is a small but serviceable kitchen, a full double bed, an extra long sofa (for sitting or sleeping), strong wifi, OG coffee/cream, OG fruit, snacks, and all water (from shower and sinks) is filtered.

Atención a los huéspedes
We plan on being here while we have guests, and at the same time, we are respectful of guests who prefer their own space. We are here to provide assistance and provide information about the Eugene Springfield area. As long term residents, we can help with directions and ideas for entertainment, dining, and traveling outside the area.

We love animals, but out of respect for guests with allergies, we do not allow them in the Cozy Cottage.
We do not allow smoking inside the cottage, and since we sometimes have chemically sensitive guests, we do not want strong perfume odors to linger. We do not allow pets.
My wife Candy and I are recently retired. We love to travel and meet new friends. We have this beautiful cottage that is empty 5 nights a week, so we decided to share it with fellow travelers. We are yoga and pilates students, trying to stay fit now that we can't describe ourselves as young. We go to the Bay Area to visit Candy's son, and recently used AirBnB in Brooklyn when my son got married. We both came to Oregon from the Midwest several decades ago and met here in Eugene. We love the northwest, and most other places we've been. Our last big trip was to India and Thailand, and we're looking forward to the next adventure--possibly to the Southwest to see Anasazi settlements.
