Your cottage also has a delightful path leading to the beach & beyond which makes for a perfect sun lovers' get-away. It accommodates pedestrian travel by foot, (walk time to beach at Hotel Del Coronado calculates 10 min)(0.5 mi.) approx. 3-1/2 blocks. Take the wagon or bikes that come with the cottage to the many Island's activities: beach, golf, tennis, sailing, yachting, aerobic, palates, yoga, spa, rock wall, basket ball court, skate park, swimming, aquatic, vessel rental, water taxi/ferry, coffee shops, village shops, art galleries, library, museums, theater, galleries, eateries, restaurants, as well as Downtown SD and beyond.

•Accepted payment methods: checks are free. A convenience fee shall apply to credit card payments.
•Please care for the home as if it were you own.
•Schedule check-in appointment when travel plans are confirmed.
•At check-in guest shall provide a valid photo picture ID & auto license plate number. Attend a 45 minute tour of the home where guests will gain entry access, be introduced to the home's provisions, take a operation & information learning tour of the home and it's amenities.
•Guest must attend check-in tour before using home and especially before operating the natural gas fireplace, fire-bowl, and BBQ. Please follow the operation manuals before using. Please keep all setting on low, especially fire place as it runs high and hot. Please remember to turn off all gas appliances and air conditioning/heat after use or you shall incur charges.
•Operate windows and doors properly. See the directions in guest hospitality app or guest booklet and manual. The doors operate on a (Multi point) system. Please ask tour guide to demonstrate at check-in. Please follow operation procedures or you shall be charged to repair.
•Secure property and guard codes, only authorized guest written on agreement shall have access to entry keys and codes. Lock home to keep home and your valuables safe.
•If keys are lost a re-keying fee will be charged.
•Call Cherie immediately to report any emergencies, trouble or problems including: damage to home, leaks or sprinklers leaks.
•No Smoking indoors.
•No loud noise and please have consideration after 10:00pm for neighborhood and lower volume.
•No children left unattended at any time. Responsible party listed on rental agreement must be present to supervise children at all times.
•Only authorized guests listed on the agreement are allowed. Maximum eight total guests and all guests must be listed in rental agreement.
•Do NOT allow anyone unauthorized into home, such as a neighbor, sales person, mail carrier, service person or any unknown person. (Only authorized guests.) Please alert Cherie or Nancy if any nosy neighbor; (especially beware to keep a personal distance from a over-talkative next-door-neighbor to protect one-self from lengthy conversations). Please report any solicitors, strangers or if a neighbor approaches you or home.
•Keep your personal information and reservation details private. (Please do not discuss any length of stay, or reservation details with anyone, including Coronado residents and or neighbor.
•Use of house-hold items such as: child cribs, gate, highchair, child's toys, a, bikes, locks, helmets, wet-suits, beach towels, umbrella, chairs, wagons, thermoses, ice chest, shopping cart, sports equipment, games, house hold items etc. may be used when checked-out and you agree to use at your own risk, maintain in the same condition as received and that above items will be checked back in, returned in and returned in the same condition you received them. If not, you will be charged.
•The Seaside Cottage has a caretaker and gardener, his name is Mone. He tends the out-side garden on several days during the week. Nancy or Mone will also be glad to assist if you any issues and check-out equipment.
•After beach activities, please wash sand off clothing and body at beach and or home out-door shower or hose before entering home. If any sand gets into home accidentally, please sweep and leave floors and home in same condition as upon arrival or call Cherie to schedule a housekeeping appointment.
•Before washing beachwear in the washing machine, please shake sand off towels. to avoid service fee.
•NO aerosol sunscreen allowed. No self-tanning sunscreen sprayed inside or outside home as it leaves an orange colored and greasy film and will permanently discolor furniture, linen, bath & beach towels. If it is found that any of the above are used, you will be charged to replace damaged items.
•Leave wet beach towels and beach wear hanging outside hooks on shed or hang inside on garage towel rack.
•Please call Cherie to request more towels if desired.
•Only use cleaning products proved, especially for tubs. To clean tubs, only use Ivory soap and a soft sponge. No other showering tools or supplies may be used in order to keep tub finish from scratching.
•Please request any additional cleaning products you may need during your stay.
•Housekeeping may be added by request. Please inform Cherie who will arrange services with our authorized housekeeping crew. No other house - keeper, maid, cleaning service, is permitted to clean 1202 Glorietta Blvd. Coronado CA 92118 interior or exterior premises.
•Please do not take bath-towels, outside of the home if any are missing you will be charged.
•Do NOT fix, alter, repair, adjust, move, unplug audio cord attached to the back of the alarm clock that can be used to play your music from you personal devise or take home any electronics or house hold items or you will incur charges. Please call Cherie (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).or Nancy for any assistance.
•Call Cherie immediately to report any trouble with electronic operations, TV, remotes, etc.
•NO Pets allowed with-out written authorization washing pet in tubs or you will be charged.
•No entry/exit is allowed to attic, basement, or shed, roof structures or person or object entry/exit out structures, windows.
•No subletting allowed - No other guests, visitors, or persons are permitted. If the premises are used in any way, by more or different persons than those identified in Rental Agreement authorized use & guests, (i) Occupant, Authorized Guests & all others may be required to immediately leave the Premises or be removed from the Premises; (ii) Occupant is in breach of the agreement: and (iii) Occupant forfeits its return of any security deposit.
• Only authorized guests listed on the agreement are allowed. Maximum eight total guests whose names have been approved on guest list. No unauthorized guests, parties, weddings, events, allowed with-out written authorization and approval from Cherie. All approved guest not listed on the agreement, shall have obtained signed amended agreement with written authorization, valid photo Identification, and an played an extra charges, plus pay an extra security deposit fee.
•Check-out appointment is highly recommended prior to departure to insure; the home is left in the same condition as it was found upon arrival, nothing was damaged and to make sure all contents are accounted for. Unless there are any extra charges due to breach of contract, purchases, excessive energy use, condition of the home and contents.
Property is to be left in the same condition as upon arrival.
