We're happy you enjoyed your stay. Simply to clarify, we don't have house guests other than the group that rents. Our house caretakers, Felix and Olga are the only other individuals on the property. They sleep in the private apartment in the home (ground floor) and are on site simply to ensure that things stay in order (chairs brought in at night, doors locked) and provide breakfast and assistance to guests (taxis, sites, things to see and do). They are very trustworthy and reliable people. I wouldn't want other guests to think that random other individuals are on the property while guests are staying in the home. We only rent to one group at a time so there are no issues with privacy etc. While we are available to connect guest with local drivers, they are not part of this Airbnb, so I find it unfortunate that your review so much on this rather than on the stay at the property. Transportation in Cuba is expensive no matter how you are travelling. This includes air travel, taxis, buses etc. There's no inexpensive way to get around Cuba as fuel prices are more costly than in North America these days. We are always happy to provide clients with transportation options, but we are not affiliated with drivers and don't derive any profit from doing so. We hope you enjoyed Cuba and learned about the culture and people. Many thanks for choosing our home.
