The cars come and go, but they are immaterial. If you are not oriented the same way, may I suggest a courtyard unit. You may lose ocean view and possibly gain pool view but you will not see or hear cars. Our condo is located in one of the two low-rise buildings at the front of the property, which was also appealing to us, as opposed to being in the larger towers which are less child-friendly due to the elevators etc. Our little one can just walk out the door and can toss the frisbee around just steps from our door.

All WiFi issues are to be resolved with the front desk as they provide the service. Building quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is not a party-type building so rowdy groups need not apply.

Guests are expected to observe the posted rules, to refrain from smoking in the unit or on the lanai (outdoor areas provided), and to treat the condo is a respectful manner. Sand belongs at the beach and there are showers everywhere to help with that. Pets are not permitted. Most of all, live with aloha and have a wonderful time.

The condo is well documented with photos and square footage. IT is clean and spacious and completely as advertised. There are 3 or 4 stairs leading from parking area to walkway and 3 or 4 more in another spot. It is not advertised as wheel chair accessible etc. May I respectfully suggest luggage with wheels or packing lighter cases? These guests left the condo very dirty. The price for my condo is substantially less than the identical units being rented out by the front desk. I am always full so this guest's concept of Maui pricing may need to be updated. Best wishes.

Very spacious, clean and cozy place! Lisa is very considerate, responsive and organized, sent me all the needed info ahead of time and reply my msg within seconds! We had a great night! Location is perfect - right beside the sea! Be mindful though the check in and out time is quite strict so make sure you plan ahead of time!

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient home away from home. Location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We saw some beautiful sunsets at the beach in front of the condo. Incidentally, the shower had fantastic water pressure, and the beds very comfortable. The pool, jacuzzi, and barbeque area was very nice and convenient. We had a 2-year old and a 5-year old, and took full advantage of the beach "toys" and umbrella. Parking was very convenient also. An excellent place to stay on a beautiful island, where the spirit of aloha abounds.

Stayed here with my parents, husband and two young kids. The location is outstanding with the beach right across the street and the pool just up the way in the complex. It's also walkable to restaurants(I recommend the 808 Bistro), convenience stores and places to rent snorkel gear. We weren't bothered by street noise but it is a fairly busy area. The condo isn't super fancy but is comfortable and has lots of fun beach decor. The kitchen was well stocked and also had lots of beach gear and toys available. I liked that it wasn't two floors, like a lot of condos are, because we had small kids with us. Lisa was a very responsive host and we had an amazing time in Kihei.
