There will be a discount by coming to the owner direct via Air BNB.
There will be a cleaning fee, currently about $265 applied to each booking.
This is dependent on the number staying and is to be paid in cash to the agent.
The fee includes linen and bed making. There is a reduction if less rooms are used.
This fee is charged by the managing agents not the owners, so needs to be left in cash for the agent with the keys.
Obviously Xmas is not only busy but expensive with the apartment renting for about $500 per night.
