We work-share in many ways that Rihito helps me managing the facility and I am a working woman, sometimes able to work from home remotely, help communicating in English with our foreign guests. We also have some help from other family members such as our brother in law who is also working in an real estate agent Tokyo, college friends, etc. We also used to help our friends in Airbnb and are quite familiar with the system and communication here even though we are pretty new as hosts!
