Let the essence of Hawaii embrace you at this completely upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo. Kona Alii is located in the heart of Kailua Kona in one of the best areas on Alii Drive. It is directly across the street from the ocean with access to many beaches and water activities nearby. Enjoy the spectacular view and the breathtaking sunsets from the comfort of the lanai. It has a swimming pool, common area BBQ and is walking distance to many shops and popular restaurants for your convenience.

This fully tastefully furnished condo has all the amenities of a home and decorated with a warm aloha feeling. The living area boasts floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that allow for tropical breezes & a great view of the Pacific Ocean. Equipped with a wall unit AC, the living area provides a nice relaxing space. The master bedroom includes a Cal-King bed and is located on the 2 floor of the condo that allows more privacy for yourself, as well as a private bathroom. The master bedroom also has a wall unit AC and its own separate lanai to relax on. The 2nd bedroom includes a King bed, wall unit AC and has its own bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms along with the living room have flat screen TVs for your enjoyment.

The unit is right on the main street of Kailua-Kona (Ali'i Dr.) so you're in walking distance of all the restaurants, bars, and shops. There's no building directly across the street so the view from your balcony is all ocean. You even get a great view of the sunset since you're on the 7th floor (top floor of the building). Also, the balcony is fairly large and well furnished so you can really relax on the comfortable chairs while you take it all in. Or inside with air conditioning since the first level of the condo is wall to wall glass. Inside is well furnished with 3 comfortable chairs, a couch, and dinning table (4 chairs) in the main area. It's fairly spacious as our 2 year old took advantage of running around a lot. The kitchen is fully stocked (blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, measuring cups, etc.). There is a sound system throughout the place controlled by two ipods, i think. We didn't quite figure it out but when we turned it on it played Hawaiian music as default so we were happy. There is also a desktop computer. There is a second small patio out the door on the second level with beach equipment stored there. The second level is a loft but there are sliding doors that can be used to make the sleeping area private.

It was exactly as pictured, or maybe better because the view was breathtaking in real life! A beautiful property! Great location and the condo was well stocked with all you could need. The loft room can be left open or use the sliding doors for complete privacy. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming to Kona.

We love our stay at Kona Coast! It's at the center of the local neighborhood, downstairs there is a coast line street with tons restaurants. Every morning we woke up with a stunning ocean view and there is nothing more we could need. Besides that, the interior decoration is done with high quality, we really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen while watching the ocean view. And for the master suite, the duo shower head is a super nice touch. If you love snorkeling, Captain Cook Monument is the best around this area, and is a easy 20-30 min drive. You could hike downhill or kayak there. We rent gears once from Snorkel Bob, which is 5 min walk from the condo. And the other day we rent it from Kona Boys, which is on the way to Captain Cook, where you could also rent Kayaks.

We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
We were voted the "Best Vacation Rental Agency" for 2015 and 2016- Best of Hawai'i - Lei Niho Palaoa Awards. We credit these great ratings to our reservations, maintenance and inspection teams.
