Thanks for your stay with us Mohammad.
Mohammad signed a lease contract upon his arrival where the janitorial and common area services fee was clearly mentioned, and it was also clearly mentioned in Airbnb adv., and he did not raise any comment about it. Electricity is expensive in Jordan and there is fixed charges from the electricity company itself, the rates comes from the company itself, it's clear that Mohammad does not have any idea about the electricity rates here in Jordan, he could ask me or any of his neighbors at the building in this regards as our rate is same for all our tenants and even other hosts tenants. The apartment was very clean and I was following this myself and made sure that it's totally clean, however we asked him if everything if fine and he said all is fine, also we informed him that the janitor is available 24/7 and can solve anything for him whatever the issue is; even cleanliness. On the morning of one day during Mohammed stay he told the janitor that there is a problem in electricity, then the janitor right away bring electricity technician and he check everything related to cabling and main electricity switch outside the apartment and found it fine and when they rang the door to check inside the apartment Mohammad was not there and he came back next day at 11 pm, he called my father 14 times and waked him up and was impolitly shouting saying why you did not fix the electricity, my father told him that you were outside since yesterday morning and we could not get inside to fix it, even the maintenance shops were closed at that time my father instruct the janitor to try his best to fix it and it was fixed at the same time, we paid all the maintenance fees and Mohammad rewarded the technician 5 JD without telling us. This is the real story and I wish I can attach the photos for the lease contract signed by Mohammad, electricity bill and the missed calls timing snap shots.
