Hi I'm Sinéad. Born in Dublin, Ireland, I met my Belgian husband, Philippe and moved with him to France over 20 years ago. Our daughters, Ellen and Kate were born here - a real European cocktail!
We have lovingly renovated our 18th century property and have been receiving guests here for 7 years.
Passionate about cooking, I run onsite courses with market visits, foodie tours etc. Interested in history, I trained and worked as a tour guide for the 50th anniversary of the D-day landings on my arrival in France.
We're a bilingual family and our 'franglais' is just perfect!
We have a varying amount of animals onsite - Philippe's passion there - he spends his days saving ' all creatures great and small'!
Come and visit and experience what happens when an Irish welcome meets French cuisine in Normandy!
