This lovely apartment, sleeping 6-8, is on the first floor of a south-facing 2-storey chalet and has magnificent views through wide picture windows across Morzine. Just 6 minutes' walk to the SuperMorzine lift across the footbridge, and 5 mins walk to shops/bars.

From the lounge the view is of the Pleney ski slopes, over to the left is Nyon and Chamossiere. You can see the river down below and the tennis club.
The apartment has a separate fitted kitchen (with all the usual mod cons), and a lounge / dining room opposite. The dining table seats 8, and there are 2 sofas, a TV (with Freesat TV) and a DVD player, free Wifi, and double doors out onto a balcony which runs along the sunny valley side of the apartment. There is a fireplace but it is purely decorative. Leading off the lounge is a bright double bedroom with the same amazing view!
Next to the kitchen is one modern shower room / WC, and at the end of the corridor is a utility room with washing machine, plus a second new shower room and WC. There is a large quad bedroom (double bed plus full size bunk beds) and a small bedroom with full-size bunk beds.
Ski boots and outerwear can be stored in the boiler cupboard inside the apartment, and skis can be stored in the secure garage at road level. There is parking for 1 car right next to the building. We're available by email or phone from the moment you book, and we can give you information on all the resort facilities and services. I (Rachel) will be the person who checks you in on arrival and will probably be the one that checks you out too - I live 10 mins down the road in St Jean D'aulps. We've been running Mountain Highs for 22 years now so we've amassed a wealth of knowledge about Morzine, the ski area, the town and the locals!

Otros aspectos destacables

Winter ski season (Dec 16 - April 14): bedlinen, towels and end of stay cleaning are included.
The Rest of the year: (April 14 - Dec 16): bedlinen and towels are included. End of stay cleaning is payable locally and costs €60.
In peak winter season weeks there is a minimum 7-night stay, Saturday - Saturday.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: We take a €300 Damage Deposit on arrival, either in Euros or Sterling cash, or in a UK or Euro cheque. We refund this deposit on your departure as long as we are able to check the chalet properly on your departure. If this is not possible (if you are leaving very early or very late) we will withhold the Damage deposit until we have received the keys back and have been able to check the property, and we will then return it to you by bank transfer. Please note the deposit rises to €500 for mountain biking groups.

This home is really a beautiful home, very spacious and and welcoming, has a nice kitchen with all the accessories you need, the two bathrooms are spacious and have nice showers, the bedrooms are well in order and you can also feel comfortable In eight people. The house also has a nice garage that is very useful for people who like us are mountainbike enthusiasts. The house is in a very convenient location, within five minutes you can walk to the lifts, the center of morzine and the mall.

We had a really good time. Went with 2 children, 1 and 3 years old. The apartment had everything we needed, such as baby-chair and babybed. Trafic outside wasn't disturbing, got quiet early. There's a stair, about 25 steps to the apartment, so it's easiest to keep the babystroller in the car outside. Took about 10 min to walk to center of town. A drive to lake Montriond takes 10-15 min and it's a beautiful place.

We stayed here in July for the excellent mountain biking in the area. The chalet flat is the top floor with two other flats below but the floors are thick and there doesn't seem to be any noise issues between them. The best thing about the place is the balcony at the back with excellent views of the river valley. The bedrooms are geared up for families with kids as there are 2 bunk beds. The double room is big enough to set up another bed in though so if you are a group of individual men/women you can get 7/8 people in individual beds. Location is also very good near the lifts and the town. It is spacious enough to comfortably stay in and cook/eat in the evenings. There is a large garage which is perfect for storing mountain bikes although there is only 1 parking space outside the chalet and the neighbours are very protective of their parking so if you have more cars you will need to park them away from the chalet.

Verry well equipped apartment. Verry good location and best view. Next time im taking the same apartment. Good garage for skis and biking.
