Our 3/2 beachy home is 3 miles from Mickler's Beach--beautiful bike ride! TPC Sawgrass (home of famous Player's Championship, Web Tour, etc.) is also a few miles away on Palm Valley Rd. Bedroom is well-furnished and has comfy full/twin bunk bed!
Our listing is for 1 room and 2 guests, but you could possibly fit 3 (ex. Husband and wife on bottom, older child on top bunk). We opened to 4 in case you're desperate; we'll try to accommodate! We've been doing Airbnb for over a year now and want to make our home comfortable; we'll be glad to help in any way if possible. If you are here during TPC, we may be able to give you a ride and save you some parking hassle if we're heading out around the same time! We're very clean and organized, and are a young couple with a two-year-old baby girl (she sleeps through the night in our room and does not cry). Our sister also lives with us in the spare room adjacent to the room we host, therefore, the bathroom will be shared. She works two jobs and is getting her master's so she isn't home much, but when she is she's very social and easy to co-live with! We do not have pets and do not smoke. Enjoy!

Atención a los huéspedes
We will be present during your stay as we live in the home, but we try to do our own thing. We're pretty friendly, and hope you are, too! We're also very busy, though, so don't feel bad if we seem pre-occupied with little projects! We'll be glad to give you any travel advice or info if we have any that you're interested in.
Otros aspectos destacables
We love AirBNB, and would love to give you a great first experience to get you hooked on its convenience and affordability, too!
Welcome! Here are some house rules. I'll expand below, but essentially:
•Communicate: Tell us about yourself when booking (purpose of trip, who you are, check-in/check-out, etc.)
•No smoking, no drugs, no pets
•Be clean and hygienic
•Be courteous: Book accurately, don't leak oil onto our driveway if you have an older car, give us a little notice if you book last minute, don't show up extremely late at night (past 11 PM) unless discussed in advance….
•Understand we need to clean your room if we had guests the prior night, and please understand that we need time to clean your room for the next guests, but otherwise we're very flexible.
•These rules are meant so you are more comfortable with us...and vice versa! :) We don't have to be best friends, but since this is also our home, we want to feel safe and comfortable, and make you feel similarly.
•Sorry for capitalization below, and sounding so dramatic. It's only to highlight the main points and protect ourselves and guests... and so I can also include some details that follow the main points above….
SUPPLEMENTAL DETAILS (for those that need to know explicitly!):
-NO PETS (including service animals.... Sorry. We have a baby with a heart condition that is very sensitive.) We do know of a great affordable local hotel we would be glad to suggest, though....
-Please DO NOT PARK IN DRIVEWAY...IF YOUR CAR LEAKS OIL; we have cardboard to slip under car. OTHERWISE, DRIVEWAY IS PREFERABLE if your car does not leak. (Strict HOA).
-CIGARETTE FREE campus (including vapor cigarettes). If you smoke cigars while having a beer after a day of golf, please do so outside. (We're sensitive to it especially with little girl.)
-No illegal drugs, etc. (This includes marijuana. We understand a lot of our younger guests support legalization or are from legalized states. However, regardless of its legal status, we do not want drugs in or around our home, even if you have a prescription in a given state. We are sensitive to the smell, and do not want it in our home. We apologize, but there are tons of places that are more lenient. Thank you for understanding.)
-PLEASE BOOK ACCURATELY (Real examples: If you book for 2, but want to fit 5 college guys in the room, we reserve the right to cancel and refuse future bookings. If you book for 2, but have 2 more children (so total 4), we reserve the same rights...or request you adjust your booking (our choice). We work really hard to make our house welcoming, but we do not discount children, or let extra people cram into the room because they are adventurous.... I am sorry. There are many other accommodation choices, though.
-When instant booking, include your arrival time, and give us at least an hour notice, unless we communicate otherwise. (We will work with you, but have had guests book at 8 pm and say they'll be over in half an hour. 2 hours later they cancel their reservation. We need time to make sure we're around to give you keys...clean up a little...etc...just common courtesy....)
-If we do not communicate, and you do not include an arrival time, or if you do not include any personal information about your party/plans, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Communication is important to us, and there are some AirBNB horror stories....
-We have flexible check-in/check-out, but if we have other guests arriving, we'll need you to give us time to clean the room for them. You're free to keep your bags here until the afternoon, but just be courteous to the next guests! (Likewise, please understand an early check-in may be limited based on a prior guest's check-out time.)
-Again, we have flexible check-in, but be respectful. If you have not already coordinated with us, please don't check-in past 11 pm. We don't have this as a hard rule in Airbnb because the system doesn't allow you to change check-in for different days of the week…but on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night we are generally more flexible. If you come later than 11 pm on Sunday-Wednesday, we request you coordinate with us, or it may be difficult to accommodate, since we often are up at 5:30 AM the next morning. Therefore, we have to reserve the right to cancel. We are great with communication, though! We want you to stay as much as you want a place to stay; just communicate with us. I generally respond in less than 20 minutes…almost always under an hour! :)
