CLEANING, BBQ & EXCESS GARBAGE
It is the occupant's responsibility to ensure that the property is left in a clean and tidy manner. The dishwasher is to be left empty and dishes put away in cupboards. Bench tops are to be left clean and clear. All furniture must be left in original position. BBQs and their utensils must be left clean. Please turn off the gas after use. Excess garbage is your responsibility, and must be disposed of on departure. Each apartment has its own numbered bins. The red bin is for household waste and the yellow bin is for recycling (for cardboard, glass, paper and glass only). Failure to comply with the above will result in an additional cleaning fee of minimum $50.00, which will be deducted from the bond.

OCCUPANCY RULES
The following conditions apply to all guests occupying the premises:
(a) Seafood is not to be gutted, scaled or cleaned at the property. Seafood scraps are not to be left behind in bins, please freeze them and take them with you on departure.
(b) Strictly no pets are allowed
(c) Strictly no smoking on the premises
(c) No person on the premises shall be guilty of conduct that is a nuisance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers. Excess noise is not permitted after 11pm under any circumstance. Nautilus Management reserves to right to evict guests who are found to be violating the noise curfew of 11pm. All courtyard areas need to be vacated by this time to avoid disruption to other guests.
(d) No responsibility is taken for the occupants personal property left at the premises.
(e) The number of occupant's MUST NOT exceed the number advertised and prescribed on booking. Failure to comply will result in termination of this agreement.
(f) The premises shall be occupied solely for residential purpose by those persons listed on the booking. The premises shall not be used as a venue for social functions, including but not limited to weddings, parties, receptions or any other social gathering for more than 10 people.

LOSS AND DAMAGE
The guest accepts responsibility for and agrees to indemnify the owner against any loss or damage to the premises or contents caused by them or guests of theirs during the guest's occupancy. The guest must report any damages, breakages or lost items (including keys) immediately to Nautilus Apartments management.

FIRE SAFETY & PENALTIES
Each apartment is fitted with a 1KG DCP ABE Fire Extinguisher and the 1m x 1m Fire Blanket. These are for Fire Fighting only. If you are not fully trained please DO NOT USE. ANYBODY CAUGHT TAMPERING WITH THIS EQUIPMENT WILL BE CHARGED A $200 CALL OUT FEE PLUS REPLACEMENT OFF THE EQUIPMENT.

We stayed in Jess's apartment with 3 couples and 3 toddlers total. It was plenty of space for everyone. There are stairs at the entrance to the apartment but once you are inside it is all on one level so safe for little ones. There is a good kitchen and a BBQ. The location is great, all cafes and shops walking distance as well as the little beach in Huskisson. My husband and I stayed in the main bedroom which was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The couple staying in the bunk room said the bed was a bit uncomfortable (probably better for kids) but it had plenty of space for a cot. It was a little noisy in the morning with workers and bin men but that's not Jess's fault just one of those things. We had a fantastic stay in husky and would recommend it to anyone. Communication with Jess was quick and easy.

This apartment was immaculately presented and included linen, bath towels and all the crockery / kitchen utensils you'd ever need. Very well organised, great location, and excellent value for money. No complaints and would definitely stay again.

A spacious, clean and modern property in a really good location on the corner of the high street in Husskison. Air conditioning in the living space but not the bedrooms although fans provided for each bedroom. Easy check in and straight forward, friendly communication with host. As two families with young kids, we were very happy with our stay.

Place is great and very well located. They provided clean linen and towels for everyone. The balcony was also a very good spot for lunch and is comfortable for a 6-7 group. There is AC which works also well for the apartment.

I love to catch up with friends over BBQs, enjoy a vino in sun and have a good laugh with friends and family. I love to travel, and spent 3 years living in London on a work/travel holiday. Was lucky enough to visit most of Europe in that time and have plans for more travel in the future. USA and Sth America are both on the cards! Motto for life "Have no regrets".
