Autumn in Vermont is in full swing, and this cabin is the perfect place to be surrounded with a full palette of fall colors. The cabin was built as a hunting camp in 1997 by a logging firm that harvested timber here. We have built our home on the property and updated the cabin with plenty of amenities. The cabin is a nice balance of rustic, cozy, and comfortable, and we take pride in the beauty of this place.
Disponible para huéspedes
The 300+ square foot main floor of the cabin has a double bed, working kitchen, and full bathroom with a shower and hot water. Also enjoy use of the lawn near the cabin, charcoal grill, fire pit and picnic table. There are dishes, pots and pans, a coffee maker and a microwave, a fridge, and a gas range. A radiator in the kitchen area keeps the space warm and cozy on cool spring nights. We have two kayaks available so you can get out and enjoy one of our beautiful nearby lakes or do some fishing. I can help with tying them down and will provide tips for the best spots.

Otros aspectos destacables
Simple accommodations in a beautiful space make this a thoroughly enjoyable place to live and visit. We have decent cell service here, but there is no landline in the cabin. There is no TV, so you may want to bring a book or laptop or other device for entertainment if the forecast looks questionable. Playing cards and a few board games are available. The kitchen sink and shower have unlimited hot water, but the bathroom sink has cold water only.
Because this cabin is near our home, we ask for relative quiet after nine pm. Please drive very slowly on the driveway for the safety of our family, neighbors, and wildlife. Park next to the cabin on the driveway please do not park on the lawn. No smoking in or near the cabin. Please turn the outdoor lights off when you settle in for the evening (to conserve electricity and reduce light pollution). We try to keep our space tidy and peaceful, please do the same.
