There is poor mobile reception in the property, however a signal can be obtained in the driveway or garden.
Wifi is not available at the property.
We reserve the right to only accept a minimum of 4 night stays during the school half term holidays and 7 night stays during the school summer holidays. We will try to be as flexible as possible on these conditions especially if two shorter breaks can be accommodated during the same week.
The cottage is a mid terrace with a young family (2 small children) on the left and ourselves with teenage boys on the right. We respectfully request that guest keep noise levels to a reasonable level.
We will only accept reservation requests from couples and families. Due to past experiences we will no longer except bookings from all male or all female groups unless you can give us an assurance that noise levels will be kept to a minimum.
We would appreciate that shoes are removed while you are in the property.
Hot tub use-age is restricted from 8am to 10pm (to reduce noise levels). Prior to entering the hot tub users should remove body lotions and dip their feet in the the foot bath. Plastic glasses are provided for use when drinking in the hot tub.
Prior to departure used bedding should be stripped (leaving the mattress and pillow protectors) and the house bins should be emptied into the wheelie bins. A wheelie bin is available for clean recyclable materials.
The cottage should be left in a clean condition and any damage reported to the owners ASAP.
The cost of any excessive cleaning and damage will be discussed with the guests and the cost of this maybe deducted from the security deposit in accordance with Airbnb's policy.
