White Sands Village Condominium is across from the finest beach on the Kona coast: White Sands Beach. The locals call it 'Magic Sands.' Swimming, boogie boarding, and snorkeling in the clear blue water are a must.

Power usage $5.00 per day
Even though White Sands Village Condo Association installed PV solar panels to lower the overall cost of electric power, electricity is expensive in Hawaii! For this reason we ask that you run the air only when it is necessary, and that the doors and windows be closed when using the A/C. The air conditioner should be off when you are away. Most guests find that open lanai doors and front door provide adequate cooling. Excessive use of power can be deducted from your credit card or security deposit. Electrical usage exceeding $5.00 per day, ($150.00 per month), will be charged to you.

Free Parking and WIFI available

Check-in time 4pm.
You will be given instructions for accessing the key.
If you are checking in after 5pm. Be sure to register at the management office the next day. It is required, and important in case of an emergency
If at all possible, please leave the sand at the beach
Please be aware of your neighbors especially checking in late.

Check-out time 11am.

Check out list will be posted front of refrigerator
Do not leave more than 2 loads of laundry or there will be a $25.00 fee per Load

Do not remove items from condo or rearrange furniture; especially for the families who rent more than one unit in the complex. Missing items will be charged additionally.

Lost Pool key $50.00 per key, Lost Unit Key $25.00

Extra Cleaning DUE TO ABUSIVE USE OF THE CONDO will be deducted from your security deposit

Wash Machine: Using wash machine must be sand free and not to over load, it will leak.

BEACH GEAR: Must be sand free RINSED/DRIED before returning them to Lanai storage bin.

We have right to charge additional fee or deduct from your refundable security deposit costs of cleaning for smoking. (THIS IS NON SMOKING UNIT)
