I love my stay. The facilities and location were fantastic. Close to Tube, Bus, shops, and restaurants. The check in process was super easy. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

We are extremely disappointed with the apartment 1a at 59 Longridge Road. The apartment doesn't look anything like the pictures posted on the Airbnb website site. The pictures shown have high ceiling, well decorated, one bedroom apartment with a living room and a nicely sized kitchen, whereas the apartment 1a at Longridge Road is an underground studio, poorly decorated with low ceiling, a tiny kitchen and the window overlooks a whole bunch of trash cans. There is no question that the pictures are completely misleading. Flying Butlers' reps, who manage the property, have very little understanding of customer management.

Really nice neighboorhood, grocery stores around the corner, a bunch of restaurant, pubs and coffee shop just a few minutes away, the subway easy to access, althought the size of the room was not at all as we expected a bit small but the service was really trying to make our trip as good as possible. A bit sad to find out that the washing and drying machine were not in our room but a service that they do provide. We arrived sooner than we expected and really happy to get there and be able to leave pur luggage in the room to visit London sooner.

Was a great stay, arrived Sunday pm. Access was easy and painless. The apartment was just as described clean, tidy and everything worked. Location was also ideal. Close to earls court station and amenities such as Tesco, pubs etc. Had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend the apartment. Thx Regina.

My husband, baby and I stayed at The Apartments, Flat 5 for four nights. We chose this apartment because it looked spacious, was at a convenient location and was close to central London. The check-in was seamless, though it did not involve any face-to-face integration; once the transaction was made, I received an email from Valerie with clear instructions. A code to enter the apartment building, and another to enter the flat assigned to us. We were sorely disappointed to find that the flat was not like the photos shown at all. Yes, the amenities were listed and accurate, but there was some degree of false advertising. The photo showed an open layout that included a sitting area that could fit a couch. The flat we were assigned to was equivalent to a small hotel room, with two arm chairs and a table that doubled as our dining area and lounging area. This did not encourage us to dine-in as there was just not enough space. The kitchen and bathroom were tiny. As we did not cook much, we did not mind the small kitchen. The bathroom, however, was unbearable. The bathroom door could not be opened completely because the shower was in the way. I could literally measure the diagonal length of the shower from elbow to elbow. At any one time, we could not have two people in the bathroom without having to be strategic on where to stand. It was not great. The double bed was of bad quality - the sort that sinks in and does not provide support for your body. Despite these flaws, there were good points to note: the flat was very clean and the essentials were provided. There were only two rolls of toilet paper provided, so we got our own at Tesco. Tesco was conveniently just 5 minutes away from us! That was a plus point. The kitchen, albeit tiny, was fully-equipped and had everything we needed. On top of that, there were lots of cleaning items like the broom for us to use while we were there. The location of The Apartments was great - just a walking distance (5-7 minutes depending on how fast you are) to Earl's Court with lots of restaurants and cafes. Price was justified - not expensive, despite being in a good location because of hits and many misses. The bathroom and bed are very important factors for us when we travel. We want to feel comfortable and as much 'at home' as we can be, even if we are not. If they are important to you, pick something else.
