Walking through the entrance you are welcomed with a beautifully decorated relaxed second lounge room with flatscreen TV and DVD player. The lower level also comprises of family bathroom, two bedrooms, both with pool views and laundry room (with washing machine and dryer).
An open stairway leads up to the bright fabulously decorated open plan living area with gorgeous ocean views. The dining area flows through to an undercover deck perfect for alfresco dining with Weber BBQ. Relax and unwind in the comfortable lounge with TV. The modern galley kitchen faces onto the dining and balcony and includes all mod cons, Nespresso compatible coffee machine and basic pantry items. The large master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite are located on the upper level, along with a powder room.

Theresa will sometimes take her car from the garage. She does not need to access the house to get the car. Kindly lock the garage door for extra security if you like.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Under no circumstances can any more guests be accommodated. This is a very peaceful, quiet, residential neighbourhood , parties and excessive noise at night are strictly prohibited. There should be no no noise after 10pm as we need to respect our neighbours right to peaceful enjoyment. Noise violations will be reported and you may be asked to leave the property.
This is a no smoking property.
Please make sure all the bins are emptied and dishes are loaded into the dishwasher and it is turned on.

This is a two story townhouse with tiled stairs up to the first floor . It may be tricky trying to keep an eye on adventurous toddlers although we are happy to welcome children of all ages! We can also help organise hire stair gates and cots if required.
Please hose off sandy feet before coming inside the house. There is a hose located in the garden by the pool where you can shower off the sand from the beach.
