Incredible location - two blocks from shopping and restaurants on NW 23rd and NW 21st. Easy access to public transportation, only 15 minutes by bus away from downtown.
Apartment has beautiful hardwood floors, a spacious interior, & air conditioning.
The space is new to me as well, so it's still very open and uncluttered. It has all the amenities you need. It's a corner unit with plenty of windows with views of the ground floor courtyard and not the street. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to craft a nice meal, the bed is super comfy, and the water is hot. There's an air conditioning unit in the living room that works great to cool the whole house.
Disponible para huéspedes
You're free to make yourself comfortable in the whole apartment, except for the closet right by the front door. Please lock the dead bolt when you're out of the apartment.
Atención a los huéspedes
If you need anything during your stay either me or my girlfriend can lend a hand. We're also happy to give recommendations on great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and shopping around portland.
Otros aspectos destacables
There's nearly always free street parking right in front of the building. It's zoned for a 4-hour limit during the day, but they don't ticket *if you have an out of state license plate*. Overnight parking is open.
It's an apartment building, so PLEASE be kind to the neighbors and do not be loud after 9pm.
No smoking in or near the building.
The courtyard looks cozy, but don't crawl through the windows to hang out there.

Hi, I'm Adam. I'm an explorer - I've spent the last few years traveling the world and guiding other people who are also wandering. In the last two years, I helped lead an excursion to the North Pole, I rode a motorcycle across Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam, and most recently, I've been looking for a place to settle in the US.
After a long stint in Chicago, I'm currently living in Portland. The relaxed vibe of the city (and the incredible food) makes it a comfortable place to call home. I'm a laid back host - I'm happy to recommend places to check out or grab a beer, but it's really up to my guests how much they want to see me.
I like coffee, access to large bodies of water, Elon Musk, and the color green.
