This cosy Attic has a double homemade bed, It is up steep stairs, and sleeps 2. The height of the room is restricted, as it is a 15th century attic room. The shower and loo plus extra loo is on landing at the bottom of the stairs.
My home is situated in the heart of the old town footsteps away from the sea, country park and the buzz of the pubs & cafes.
Super position...right in the centre of the old town. 15th century. Quirky cosy room with a view of the East Hill.. there is a small window opening on to roof tops.
Please be aware this is a small attic room so height is restricted ...but it's cosy and comfortable.
There is a coffee and tea station, and a fridge that can be shared by guests..hairdryer, iron, on request.
Disponible para huéspedes
This room would be challenging for someone who is physically challenged. There are 2 toilets 1 with shower (shared with my family and other guests when in residence!) these are located at the bottom of the stairs, along with a Tea and coffee station and guest fridge.
Access to the house is from the back yard . The gate and door have code locks so you can come and go as you please .

I bought this beautiful grade 11 listed house in April 2015.
It was very run down and unloved, I am continually improving it. It is a privilege to share my home, it gives me great pleasure to see others appreciate and enjoy it's unique character.
