As you mentioned; I have offered you other alternatives like changing your apartment at the same location to make your stay pleasant, but you preferred to stay in the same apartment. I have checked everything same like what I always do before my guests check in and all looked perfectly fine. As you also noticed that my place was cleaned professionally in detail before your arrival. As I also mentioned during your check in it is my first priority to keep the apartment always clean. As soon as you left; I have had my professional cleaning people check and go through everything in detail, but they could not find any single roaches inside the property. I will continue to make sure my apartment is pristine clean. Again I am certainly sorry to hear that you were not happy with your stay for any reason.
