Close to restaurants and within walking distance to Notre Dame. Le Marais is a hip, trendy area, and this apartment is located right by all the action.

A lovely apartment with everything you need, located in a great spot near public transportation and all the highlights of the walkable Marais district. Jean-Pierre was in touch ahead of time and met us as planned. We would definitely return and stay at Jean-Pierre's again!

This place was wonderful. I stayed here while taking summer courses in Paris. I stayed with a roommate for about 6 weeks and the place had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and we made many meals in the apartment. The bathroom was very nice. There is no AC but there are fans available that we used during the few abnormal hot days during our stay. We had no issue with the apartment or the area (which was very safe - I got in around 1 am and walked the 10-ish minutes from the nearest RER stop and didn't feel unsafe at all). It was an incredible location and very walkable to just about everything. There is also very easy access to the metro lines (about a 5 minute walk). There are three bed options - one on the main level in the bedroom, another on the open loft in the bedroom and the couch turns into a pullout bed. The street it is on is a very quiet street that is close to many restaurant options. It is definitely worth the stay.

Such a great place in a fantastic neighborhood! Jean-Pierre was the perfect host - attentive, responsive, even gave us wonderful recommendations on places to eat/shop. The flat was nicely decorated, clean, safe, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location, you can walk to everything you need for a great trip. Could work for a family of 5, the new clothes washer was a treat.
