I love how bright and modern this flat is and how it overlooks the river, with literally one of the best views in London on the prettiest bend in the river.
Bright apartment available in a light and airy duplex flat overlooking the river Thames at Hammersmith, on the prettiest bend in the river. Centrally located, offering quick and easy access to the West End and the City of London.
The bedroom has a double bed and is modern and nicely decorated.
The flat has uninterrupted panoramic views of the river, balcony and large shared garden with outdoor BBQ. It's a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day, and you wake up to swans and rowers going past the window.
All the usual home comforts are here - digital TV, wi-fi, central heating, large shared bathroom with bath and shower. One double bedroom, open plan living room with kitchen, brand new fittings and carpets as the flat was recently re-built and decorated. Everything works and sparkles! We also have a regular cleaning lady.
The flat is on the 2nd floor and there isn't a lift but most people manage to carry suitcases up the stairs without a problem.
If you like staying in touch with the elements and feeling space around you whilst being centrally located, this really is the ultimate in city living.
I would like guests to treat the flat with respect, as if it was their own, and will offer a warm welcome in return. I am often out and when I am, you can use the whole flat as your own. When I am in, the booking would become room only, as I sometimes work from home and therefore need a quiet space. You would however be welcome to cook food in the kitchen and eat it in the bedroom, or at the dining table if I am out. The bedroom has its own TV with digital channels, wifi and a large amount of storage space. The bed can be made up as a double or single bed, as you prefer. I ask that no shoes are worn in the flat as we have light carpets, and that you use a coaster for drinks on the wooden tables. I would prefer female guests or couples. That's it for the rules!
A bit about me: I'm a female film-maker, London native, easy going and tidy. I'm inspired by travelling and finding out about varied cultures and ways of life, enjoying the journey as much as the destination.
