Oh well, I guess I have to see this review with humour.
I never met such a negative person like Sarah. She wrote me the first day that she loves my flat but somehow on the second day she changed her mind and wrote me very aggressive mails and demanded refund. But I was on my own holiday and it is not possible just to let somebody else moving in- of course I would like to check and clean everything. So I think it was a very nice demeanour to give her almost half the money back -even though this was a voluntary refund cause Airbnb laws would have been on my side ( I do say honestly in my announcement that you have to go out of the flat, a few steps down and then is right side the toilet) . And honestly if somebody doesn't read my announcement clearly beforehand, or changes somehow the mind about the length of the stay, then it isn't my fault and half half of the costs/ loss is just more than fair!
Well anyway, all adventurer and survivalist are very welcome but also other lovely people who dont need much luxury :))
Negative people, who don't read my announcement, love to complain and want then refund maybe will be scared away with Sarahs review :)
Soooo --> a win win situation cause I wouldn't like to have another bad experience like this :)
