No smoking/vaping, indoors or outdoors.
No overnight guest (other than those on contract). Please understand that we will ask for extra nightly fee of $50 apply for each person in the party after the first six people.
No events or entertaining.
No filming in the house or yard. Please do not post photos, memes, or videos of our home or its content online or elsewhere.
The house is not "baby-proofed". Please be aware of any risks and mind children at all times during your stay.
Please do not move the furniture or furnishings (indoors or outdoors).
Please recycle and empty trash cans as they fill. Trash cans go out Wednesday night after 6pm, and should come in by 6pm on Thursday.
Please do not use or take our personal items in closets, cupboards, and drawers including but not limited to: clothing, grooming products, paperwork, etc. If you have need or questions, just ask.
Toiletries, bath towels, beach towels, tableware, and kitchenware are provided for your comfort.
Your courtesy and consideration of this place where we live and sleep every day is greatly appreciated. Please respect our personal property and do not assume if an item is out or accessible that it is available for use. To make it easier, we have taped close areas that should be considered off limits.
