Just for information Tamara is just the manager of the apartment, but she does one hell of a job! She is very responsive and gives you all the information you need, and more. It was great to be "handled" by her :) We will however aim this review at our experience in the apartment and with our host, Toni. Toni was very helpful and picked us up after we arrived with the ferry and drove us to the apartment - this had been planned with the help of Tamara. We arrived at Toni's house where the apartment is located at what could be described as the ground floor (1st). The apartment is a quite big and (more or less) fully equipped apartment with everything that is promised - except that there is only 1 bed (double) and a futon for two. The kitchen is fine and of decent size with what seems like what you might need and the bathroom is as well big enough, but we would have wished for a shower holder and shower curtains - or as a minimum something to wipe the water off of the floor. The apartment is a bit gloomy and not that well lit and we also felt like the cleaning lacked some extra work as there were some dust balls, etc.. We felt like it was a bit humid and stuffy but it could have been due to the storm/the weather more than the apartment. One thing to note, though, is the lovely little terrace outside of the apartment which we would have loved to enjoy, had the weather been with us! The wifi is there but it is a semi-weak connection and can't be expected to work in the bedroom. Toni was nice and welcoming even though he struggled with English and he gave us a cold bottle of sparkling water at arrival which was a nice gesture and makes a lot of sense if one has travelled to Supetar from some other place! The apartment is overall a fine place for a longer stay if you are 2-4 people travelling and want a place where you can act a bit like you are at home. That the decor doesn't exactly match our Danish likings is not something that is Toni's fault :) As it is said the apartment i close to the Riva with cafes and restaurants and basically everything there is to see in Supetar - which is not necessarily much. Overall we had a fine stay at Toni's Apartment Rozali 'Brown' and the price was quite ok for what you get.

Respuesta de Tamara:
Hello Morten, thanks for your kind and detailed review! I'm glad that overall you enjoyed Brac! Despite what some people may think, earnings in hospitality are not always good and last season wasn't so good for Toni, so he has been saving money for refurbishment and investment into the apartments. Tourists generally like to spend time outside so many owners keep the apartments simple and basic. Hopefully the terrace and Toni's hospitality makes up for it!

NOTE: You will notice I have many different listings under my name, but I am not a host for all of them. I am listing rooms and apartments for my friends and acquaintances who don't speak English well enough or can't use computers, and act as an intermediary and a contact person.

We are Tamara and Ani, daughter and mother.

Tamara is the one in charge of technical side (the listing, communication, payments and other arrangements) but Ani is going to be your hostess.

ANI (Host)
Ani is the one who is going to greet you when you arrive and give you any information you might need. Very friendly and chatty, she enjoys company of new people but respects their privacy and makes sure they feel comfortable at our place.

TAMARA (Guest)

I love meeting new people, learning from their experiences and soaking in their wisdom. When I hear about something new, I want to know more.

My granny would say for me: "You'd go anywhere, just so your ass can see some road" And that is so true! One of my dreams is to travel around the world!
