Situated in the centre of the town in a prime position amid beautiful gardens with a heated swimming pool. This apartment enjoys magnificent views of the Salcombe Estuary. It has an allocated parking space and a mooring on its private pontoon. To ensure both exclusivity and security both the swimming pool and gardens is for the use of residents only.

This two bedroom ground floor apartment is in a prime location with uninterrupted views of Salcombe estuary. Bedroom 1 (separated from the lounge by glazed doors) has a double bed. With the doors open, views out over the anchorage are wonderful and sunrise is particularly special. This double has its own en suite shower, w.c. and handbasin. The twin bedroom has two 3’ twin beds and enjoys views over the anchorage. A travel cot and high chair are provided.

The bathroom consists of bath with shower over, hand basin, w.c., shaver point and electric towel rail.

The lounge and kitchen are open plan. The lounge area has a television, two settees, dining table and chairs and patio door to poolside terrace. Full length windows provide spectacular views. A “U” shaped kitchen is fitted with sink unit, fridge, electric cooker, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and a good range of crockery and glasses.

The apartment can be accessed via the main reception area (down a flight of steps) or level access from the car park via the secure garden gate. The apartment shares various communal facilities including landscaped gardens, outdoor heated swimming pool and children's paddling pool, a fully equipped laundry room and drying area and an attractive reception area with pay phone. Free wifi can be accessed in the apartment.

The Salcombe is a non smoking building and pets are not allowed in the building or on the grounds. The Salcombe pool and grounds and pontoon are for the exclusive use of occupants of the building. The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and is not advisable for toddlers. Babes in arms are welcome and indeed is very convenient for prams.
