I totally lucked out nabbing this apartment to live in; it's right next door to Dizingoff Center, on every bus line, 10 minutes to beach, Kikar Rabin, Rothschild Blvd, Carmel Market. High ceilings, lots of light, very comfortable.
The space is small, but efficient and well-designed. A living room with TV (no cable, but there's Internet and an HDMI connection) and giant window overlooking Dizengoff Center. The small kitchen is on a higher level, separated by a counter - it's tight, but functional (four gas burners, full-size fridge).
The bedroom has a full-size bed. Space is perfect for 1 person, but could accommodate a couple or friends that don't mind sharing a bed (the couch is also a futon, but keeping it open as a bed limits the functionality of the living room).

Some quirks you should be aware of. The shower is in the bedroom - that sounds worse than it is. It's behind a glass wall and actually feels quite separate, but it just means you have to keep the window open for 15 minutes after you shower. The toilet is in a separate bathroom.
The apartment is on King George Street, which is rather loud. If you're sensitive to noise, earplugs are a good idea at night.
I am only letting the apartment while I'm abroad, so the closet will not be emptied and have space for your clothes. Sorry about that.
No pets or smoking, please. I just ask that you respect the space as you would your own, and not create disturbances for the neighbors.
