The Condo has been updated with hardwood floors, ceramic tiles, large HD TVs, new oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The Condo is located on the top floor. The master bedroom contains a King sized memory foam bed and a 40 inch HD Roku (Netflix and Amazon Ready) HD TV, a pull out sofa bed, as well as its own huge bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has its own walk in closet, a Queen sized memory foam bed and a 40 inch HD TV. The living room has a 55 inch Netflix and Amazon ready TV, as well as two new leather couches. One can be converted into a sleeper and the other is a two seat recliner. The two bathrooms have been newly renovated. The condo has high vaulted ceilings and has a balcony that is perfect for enjoying the Florida weather. It Includes free 35 mbps wifi, as well as TV service with channels like ABC, NBC, FOX, CNN, DISNEY and NICKELODEON for children.

Guests should follow the rules and regulations of the Avalon Apartment which state that no tenant should be a nuisance to another tenant. Examples of nuisance given in the guidebook are:
Slamming entry way doors
Loud music day or night
Excessive noise and partying on balcony
Gathering groups on stairwells.
Loud Bass or Stereo playing from automobiles
Having your guest honking horns
NO GLASS in the Pool Area
Longer Term Guests that stay for more than 10 days are expected to buy their own amenities or anything they might need for convenience. We provide basic amenities to get you through your entire stay but extras are not provided.
Tenants and their guests will hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase their own insurance for them and their guests if such coverage is desired.
