Otros aspectos destacables
The current water shortage problem in California requires everybody to conserve water. Garbage should be out on the street by Tuesday afternoon. Street sweeping in our area is also done on Tuesdays. Cars should not be parked on the streets on that day.
We expect an open communication with our guests. We require that guests respect the privacy of the owners and other guests. We require guests to turn off lights when leaving and unplug all electrical devices after use. We urge guests to keep their room and access areas tidy after use.

I share my life withmy husband and friend of 47 years (including 9 years of courtship). He is an architect designing multi-level parking structures while I am a sociocultural anthropologist with expertise on Philippine culture. He still works. I am semi-retired.
We have two grown kids, twin grandchildren, and an adorable dog we call Moe (yes, from Moe Syzslak of The Simpsons). In retirement and to ward off Alzheimer's, I write on anything anthropological, blog about middle class immigrant lifestyle featuring our family, and make mouth-watering pickles in my home kitchen. On the side, I work with Airbnb.
