The cosy apartment lies in the heart of Vienna (Leopoldstadt) and is perfect for a couple or 3 people. It's central, green and quiet at the same time. Downstairs is a lovely market square. U2, U1, trams & bus are close by, so is the Inner City.
The apartment is located in the ancient jewish quarter of Vienna (2nd dirstrict, Leopoldstadt) in the 2nd floor of a typical Viennese house from the period of promoterism Apartment offers a broad view over a charming market place with several possibilities for shopping.
A separate accessible bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and an elegant living room with a sleeping sofa ensure an unforgetable stay. 40m² in total.
In front of the house there is a market with cafès, restaurants and shopping possibilities. On the market square there is a bus stop. Underground (U2Taborstraße, U1 Praterstern) and streetcar can be reached in a few minutes.
I can offer one mountainbike. The city of Vienna offers "citybikes" for free at many central spots in town. Registration required.
Due to its ideal location the historical city centre, the 1st district is very close, but also two huge green spaces (Augarten & Prater) enable a perfect stay either for reasons of business or for leisure.
The interior of the apartment was recently renovated and should give its guests the feeling of being at home:
Parquet floors, double wing doors and high ceilings make your stay hopefully complete.
respectful treatment of the apartment
Hi! I am Manuela from Austria, living in Vienna for 12 years now! I love sun, travelling, skiing, dancing, concerts, nature, friends and family! Living in Vienna makes me happy as I have access to cultural activities, sports, delicious coffee, underground concerts and big classical orchestras. I would describe myself as an open minded, very active person that enjoys live. After so many years of living here, I still love exploring the city. I know a lot of good places to hang out here. The area I am living-is an up and coming area (Grätzl we would say in German) in which development takes place a lot. Old traditions meet new bars. Donaukanal with water, bars, concerts & graffitis is close by but also the 1st district (Inner City). In this very central area there is also nature around (Prater and Augarten). In summer, within 15 minutes, I am at the Danube's by bike where I go swimming a lot.
I have lived in London and Sweden, now I feel home here.- Most of the time at least ;) I'd be happy to have lovely, respectful people having a great time in my apartment. Come and get it! You will love it here!
