New regulatory law for lodging services in Japan:

From June 15th, 2018 the Japanese government will make effective a new regulatory law for lodging services where guests will be required to fill a registration card individually and provide address and passport details.

We still remain a friendly homestay kind of b&b and we'll continue to base our interaction in mutual trust and personal approach, that is the world we want to live in. However, in order to keep sharing our home and making new friends through this platform, we have to comply and exercise some understanding.

* Passport details are only required for foreign visitors without an address in Japan. Japanese nationals and residents of Japan are except.

Architect from Mexico, enjoying countryside living, farming, housekeeping and raising an 8 years old. - Soon we'll have chickens for free-range eggs! I spend my days at my woodwork workshop next to the house, so I'm regularly available at all times. I'm very talkative and eager to participate, enjoy making and improvising. Count on me for any fun idea that could make us laugh. Welcome to our home!
