Atención a los huéspedes
I work regular hours during the week, so I am available evenings and on weekends, though I can always be reached over the phone and will respond quickly to any concerns or questions you have. Though I enjoy social interaction, I try to stay out of the way in order to allow guests to have their space.

Checkout is at noon; check in is at or after 3PM. I am flexible on check-in time; however, I do need time to clean up and prepare for the next guest, so whenever possible, I prefer to stick to these times. Thank you.
Behave considerately and with mutual respect for one another. Non-smokers preferred. No smoking whatsoever anywhere on the premises because the smell permeates everything. I do not keep any liquor or wine and would appreciate it if guests would do their drinking in one of the numerous bars in the area. I ask that shoes be removed before going upstairs to help keep the carpet clean. Lastly, please restrict your meals to the kitchen area and don't eat up in the room. I try to contain odors as much as possible and keep the house smelling and looking as clean as possible.
I am originally from New York City. I moved out to Portland, OR just over 6 years ago after going to grad school. Five things I love about Portland: 1 - The fresh produce--it makes it easy to eat healthy; 2 - The temperate weather--rarely is it ever extremely hot or cold like New York; 3 - The close proximity of the mountains, beach, city--it's easy to find something to do outdoors; 4 - The beauty of it--it has numerous little neighborhoods and communities, plenty of parks, restaurants, pubs, etc.; 5 - The space--it's nowhere near as crowded as New York. You can walk around most places without dodging people or bumping shoulders consistently.
